What to include in your RFQ

The more of this you can send, the more precise the first quotation will be. Missing details are not a blocker — we follow up with specific questions instead of guessing.

• A 3D model (STEP or IGS preferred) and/or a 2D drawing with GD&T tolerance callouts
• Material and grade — e.g. aluminum 6061-T6, stainless 316L, titanium Ti-6Al-4V
• Quantity per order and expected annual volume
• Surface finish callouts (anodize, passivation, plating, polishing)
• Inspection or documentation requirements — dimensional report, material certificates, first-article inspection
• Destination country, so packing and shipping can be quoted correctly

Sending drawings and models

The form below does not take attachments. Submit it first, then email your files to sales@cnc-machining-hub.com quoting your company name — STEP, STP, IGS, DWG and DXF formats are accepted. Drawings and models are treated as confidential and are used only to quote and, if you order, to manufacture and inspect your parts. If you need a formal NDA before sending files, ask and we will sign one.

Quality assurance & delivery terms

Quality runs under our ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified system: engineering review before quoting, first-article and in-process inspection during production, and final inspection reports (dimensions, material certs on request) before shipment.
