Titanium CNC Machining
Titanium machining rewards experience: low thermal conductivity, work hardening and springback punish wrong tool paths. We machine Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) and commercially pure Grade 2 parts with rigid setups and disciplined heat management.

Is titanium worth it versus stainless steel?
When strength-to-weight, corrosion resistance or biocompatibility drive the design, titanium wins despite higher cost. For static cost-driven parts, stainless is usually enough.
Can you supply titanium material certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates with chemistry and mechanical properties are available with shipment.
How do you keep titanium machining cost down?
By locking the process early: correct inserts, stable overhangs, high-pressure coolant and DFM feedback that removes unnecessary tight tolerances.
