CNC Machining Services

We produce custom CNC machined parts from your STEP, IGS or DWG files. One workflow covers CNC milling, CNC turning and multi-axis machining, with DFM feedback on every drawing before a single chip is cut.

From one-off prototypes to repeatable low and mid-volume batches, parts ship with a dimensional inspection report and export-standard packaging.

What Is CNC Machining?

CNC (computer numerical control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process: cutting tools guided by programmed instructions remove material from a solid block to produce a finished part. Because the toolpaths are programmed from a 3D CAD model, CNC machining produces accurate, repeatable parts in metals and plastics without hard tooling — ideal for prototypes and production runs alike.

The two core processes are CNC milling, which uses rotating cutting tools to remove material from a stationary workpiece, and CNC turning, which rotates the workpiece against a stationary tool. Multi-axis machines combine both motions to reach complex geometries in a single setup.

Capabilities

  • CNC milling up to 5 axes
  • CNC turning with live tooling
  • Part sizes from a few millimeters to large housings
  • In-house dimensional inspection on every batch

Typical materials

Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium, engineering plastics (PEEK, Delrin, nylon).

Finishes

Anodizing, passivation, zinc/nickel plating, black oxide, polishing, bead blasting, powder coating.

Tolerances

Standard tolerances per ISO 2768-m; tighter tolerances quoted after drawing review.

Frequently asked questions

What files do you need for a quote?

A 3D file (STEP or IGS) plus a 2D drawing with tolerances and finish callouts where applicable. PDF drawings also work for simple parts.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no MOQ for prototypes. You can order a single piece and scale to production batches after approval.

How fast can I get parts?

Typical lead time is 5–15 working days depending on complexity, finishing and shipping method. Rush options are quoted case by case.
