CNC Milling Services

Our CNC milling services cover 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining of prismatic parts: housings, brackets, manifolds, fixtures and precision plates. Every job starts with a drawing review so features like deep pockets, thin walls and threaded holes are flagged before production.

Standard tooling covers the vast majority of milled features; special form tools are only needed in exceptional cases, keeping cost and lead time predictable.

Capabilities

  • 3-axis milling for prismatic parts
  • 4-axis undercuts and indexed features
  • 5-axis simultaneous machining for complex geometry
  • Milled tolerances down to ±0.01 mm on critical features

Finishes

As-milled, anodizing (Type II/III), bead blasting, powder coating, polishing.

Tolerances

ISO 2768-m standard; ±0.01 mm achievable on critical dimensions after review.

Frequently asked questions

What is the largest part you can mill?

Typical envelope is up to ~1000 mm on the longest axis; larger parts are quoted after a drawing review.

Can you mill from bar stock and castings?

Yes. We machine from bar, plate, forgings and customer-supplied castings with datum-based setups.

Do milled parts come with inspection reports?

Yes, every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report; CMM reports are available on request.
