Aluminum CNC Machining

Aluminum is the most machined alloy family in our shop: 6061 for general structures, 7075 for high-strength brackets, 2024 where fatigue matters, plus casting alloys for customer-supplied blanks.

In-house anodizing partners cover clear, black, hard anodizing and color matching, so machined aluminum parts arrive finished and assembly-ready.

Frequently asked questions

Which aluminum grade should I choose?

6061-T6 covers most brackets and housings; choose 7075-T6 when strength-to-weight is critical. Send the load case and we will advise.

Does anodizing change dimensions?

Yes slightly. Type II adds about 0.005–0.015 mm per surface; we pre-compensate critical dimensions when anodizing is specified.

Can you match a custom anodizing color?

Yes, subject to a sample approval. Provide a color code or physical sample and we match before the production batch.
